Congratulations to ESC members Zeilinger, Farinotti and Habert on their promotions at ETH Zurich
Upon application of ETH President Joël Mesot, the ETH Board promoted three ETH professors who are also members of the Energy Science Center.
In September 2022, Professor Melanie Zeilinger was promoted from Tenure Track Assistant Professor to Associate Professor of Intelligent Control Systems in the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering.

At its meeting of 13 July 2023, Professor Daniel Farinotti was promoted from Tenure Track Assistant Professor to Associate Professor of Glaciology in the Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering.
Furthermore, Professor Guillaume Habert was promoted from Associate Professor to Full Professor of Sustainable Construction in the Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering.
